As the San Francisco Foundation’s (SFF) Chief Impact Officer, Judith Bell’s mission is to align the foundation’s many tools around a clear goal: creating a Bay Area where everyone can get a good job, live in a safe and affordable home, and exercise their political voice.  Beyond internal alignment, the public policy veteran sees her role as an opportunity to marry grassroots organizing with the philanthropic sector, all with an aim to drive significant policy change.
